CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Here at Halo, we are all about redefining what it means to cook, gather, and create memories by providing innovative products to elevate your outdoor experience. Our commitment is to process and fulfill orders promptly once they have been submitted. Prior to submitting your order, please carefully review your shopping cart, delivery, and payment information to ensure accuracy. Once an order has been submitted, it may not be modified, changed, or altered.
  • For fraud prevention and consumer protection, submitted orders may not be modified, changed, or altered. If an error with your order is suspected, please immediately contact Consumer Services at 833-572-1688. If order fulfillment has not been completed, we will make all efforts to halt an order. Any order shipment halted will be subject to a $20 Cancellation/Restocking Fee. Orders fulfillments that cannot be stopped should consult our Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY

  • COUNTERTOP AND ACCESSORY ITEMS SHIPPED VIA PARCEL SERVICE: Any order submitted via halo-pg.com or Halo Consumer Services which is unused and in the original product packaging may be returned for up to 30 Days from the original purchase date subject to the following conditions: All eligible returns will be subject to a Restocking Fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the pre-tax purchase price. In order to be eligible for acceptance as a returned item, the returned item must be accompanied by a legible and legitimate copy of the original invoice and packing slip. All original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. All Value Pack orders are sold as complete units and partial returns can not be accepted. Opened or damaged products returns will not be accepted.
  • LARGE APPLIANCE ITEMS SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT SHIPMENT SERVICE: Any order submitted via halo-pg.com or Halo Consumer Services which is unused and in the original product packaging may be returned for up to 30 Days from the original purchase date subject to the following conditions: All eligible returns will be subject to a Return Freight Shipping Charge – not to exceed 49% of the pre-tax purchase price. Consumer shall contact HALO Consumer Services to determine the Return Freight Shipping Charge from the Consumer location and the Return Freight Shipping Charge will be deducted from the eligible refund amount upon satisfactory return. In order to be eligible for acceptance as a returned item, the returned item must be accompanied by a legible and legitimate copy of the original invoice and packing slip. All original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. All Value Pack orders are sold as complete units and partial returns cannot be accepted. Opened or damaged product returns will not be accepted.
  • All consumer return requests must be initiated by contacting Halo Consumer Services at 833-572-1688 during business hours (7AM-6PM EST, Mon-Fri) to be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and further return instructions. Any eligible refund will be issued back to the original transaction method/card/account within 10 business days of the return product receipt.

PRE-ORDER SALES POLICY

  • From time to time, in response to consumer demand for product offerings, Halo Products Group, LLC may choose to offer Pre-Order Sales of various products. Pre-Order Sales will not be opened to commence until such time as Halo shall have reasonable basis to believe the product will be shipped by carrier within the time clearly and conspicuously stated as part of the Pre-Order Sales offer (i.e. Shipping in 30 Days, Shipping in 6-8 weeks, etc.) “Carrier” is the domestic carrier that will make delivery to the buyer.
  • In the event that Halo determines we will be unable to satisfy the original shipment date, Halo will offer the buyer, without prior demand from buyer, the option for a prompt refund (within 7 days of buyer’s earliest right to refund) or to accept a definitively stated delay. This offer shall be made to the buyer in a reasonable time after Halo first becomes aware of the inability to ship on time, but in no event later than the original shipping date.

REPLACEMENT/REPAIR PARTS

Effort and pride goes into every product that earns the Halo badge. Consumers should REGISTER MY HALO (link insert) via QR Codes or on halo-pg.com upon receipt. Should any order arrive with missing, defective, or damaged parts, please immediately contact Halo Consumer Services at 833-572-1688.

CREDIT + REFUND POLICY ON PROMOTIONS

  • If Halo Products Group conducts a sale, and you have made a purchase within 7 days prior to the commencement of the sale, please reach out to Consumer Service to see if you are elidable to receive a credit for the difference between the original price you paid for the specific product. To initiate the refund process, you must contact us within 14 days from the start of the sale and provide proof of your purchase.
  • We will honor refund requests under this condition only if they are submitted within the specified timeframe and meet the criteria mentioned above. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase and will only be applicable to the specific product that was discounted during the sale, not for any other items purchased.
  • Please note that this refund policy applies exclusively to purchases made within the 7-day period prior to the sale and does not extend to purchases made outside of this timeframe.
